First Myanmar Construction Co. Ltd. (FMCC) is a fairly new addition to the Group's construction arm. FMCC evolves from the Group's internal construction division which undertakes civil and building works, superstructure construction and roads and drainage construction in Myanmar . Construction works undertaken previously include housing and condominium developments such as Orchid Gardens , Evergreen Condominiums as well as Pun Hlaing International Hospital .
