SPA Project Management (SPA PM) in Myanmar was setup in 1994. In 2004, it is regrouped to be the fully owned subsidiary of the group's Singapore listed Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd..
SPAPM is the SPA group's core element of solution provider in construction services ranging from architectural, structural engineering, interior design, project management, construction management, project development and design documentation services. It is also the managing and consulting arm for the group's various real estate development and special projects.
