Formed in 1999, SPA Motors nowadays is a fully-owned subsidiary of FMI Company. It assumes the managerial and operational duties of the group's interest in automobile industry from assembling of 2-, 3- and 4- wheels vehicles, sales & distribution and servicing & maintenance of Suzuki brand, Nissan brand and locally assembled motorcycles.

Thus, it is no doubt the company to manage the group's automobile companies namely SPA Motorcycles Ltd., Myanmar Nissan Co., Ltd., Yoma Yarzar Co., Ltd. and other automobile related projects.

Apart from managing the distribution, sale & service of automobile companies within the group, SPA Motors has entered numerous joint ventures with Ministry of Industry (2) on a number of ventures such as refurbishing and distribution of farming machinery & tools, wires & cables production and etc.

Being a wholly owned independent operated subsidiary of FMI Company, SPA Motors will continue to expand its operation scope in automobile industry with a strategic vision.
