Wood Technology Industries Limited (WTI) was formed in 2001 by merging of two group subsidiaries, namely Shwe Thit Min Co., Ltd., the franchise holder of Pryda Truss Systems of Australia for Myanmar and Home Improvement Centre, an interior decoration company.

With the synergetic merge of the subsidiaries, WTI was able to extend its production capacity to many wood and aluminum based high quality building materials such as doors, windows, trusses, Skirting Boards, Architraves, Tread Boards, Chawkets and furniture. In addition, with its proper execution, quality finishes, close supervision and on-time delivery, WTI was able to win and undertake many high-end interior fit outs and installation projects in many areas in Yangon .
