Yoma Strategic Investments Ltd.
The YOMA Strategic Investments Limited is principally involved in the development and sale of private residential properties in Myanmar . Our portfolio of development properties includes apartments, condominiums, semi-detached houses and bungalows.

In property development, we manage all the property projects initiated by our Group, including the provision of detailed budgeting, costing and planning and project management. We also advise on the design of developments, allocation and deployment of resources as well as the marketing and sales of projects to end buyers.


The YOMA Strategic Investments Ltd have three fully-owned subsidiaries which are as follows:
a) Lion Century Properties Ltd. ("LCP")
b) Yoma Construction Industries Pte. Ltd. ("YCI") and
c) Yoma Development Group Pte. Ltd. ("YDG")

   
  • Lion Century Properties Ltd. (“LCP”)
  • LCP is a 100% subsidiary of YSIL and its principal business is to hold the development rights of residential houses/apartments of PHGE, Orchid Garden ( FMI City ) and Evergreen Condominium.

    • LCP owns 70% of the land development rights in the residential property portion of Pun Hlaing Golf Estate with the remaining 30% owned by Department of Human Settlement and Housing Development under the Ministry of Construction of Myanmar .

    • The Land development rights of Orchid Garden , LCP owns 52.5% and the remaining 47.5% held by FMI.

    • LCP owns the entire land development rights of Evergreen Condominium.

    Yoma Construction Industries Pte. Ltd. ("YCI")
  • YCI is the Group's investment holding company related to construction activities. Through its subsidiaries Myanmar V-Pile Ltd, Chinthe Concrete Co Ltd and Construction Division, YCI undertakes various construction activities.
  • Yoma Development Group Pte. Ltd. ("YDG")

  • YDG is the Group's investment holding company relating to project management, project development, and design. Its wholly owned subsidiary SPA Project Management Ltd has three wholly owned subsidiaries, namely PM Development; Project Management and SPA Design.
